The room we had included satellite TV, climate control, and a laptop-size safe. There was a tub too. The staff members were very professional and amazing.

During my recent stay at Holiday Inn Lic - Laguardia West, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's new and clean rooms. The facilities were well-maintained, and I even had the fortune of staying in a room with a beautiful city skyline view. While there were some minor inconveniences, such as the lack of a plug transformer and unhelpful recommendations from the front desk staff, overall, I found the hotel to be a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. The peak-a-boo views of the city skyline from our rooms were an added bonus, making the experience even more enjoyable. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service.

The neighborhood seemed a bit rough and the walk to the subway was a bit long, about 20 minutes. , the bathroom could have used additional hooks for towels, and there was only one regular coffee pod in the room, which was not enough.
